Our operation is very different from most lodges. Therefore, we can design or customize your stay with us to meet your needs. Your accommodations are that of a Bed & Breakfast.

Meals

Chef Lynan serves a gourmet dinner every night in our main dining room. Our special meals are designed around the freshest foods available in our area, and for that reason we do not have a prepared menu. If you have any special dietary needs, please let Chef know. It works well if you contact her before your arrival to indicate your meal request for your first night’s stay. After you arrive, she can work on your menu for the remainder of your stay. Breakfast is continental style. Lunch is served on the boat and we make sandwiches to your order. Soft drinks, bottled water, and sports drinks are on the boat.
